Economical Villa - South Shore. Waterfront!

5 1/2 baths. Two of the 5 bedrooms are on the private entrance lower level with it's own studio mini Great Room. It comes complete with microwave, refrigerator, and second washer/dryer. This part of Beach Walk is never rented to other than your own group and when you need the bedrooms. Beach Walk can sleep up to 12 guests using two twin sofa beds in the main level great room if needed.

Sea turtles, rays, and colorful fish. We’ve actually seen many more species than at Trunk Bay snorkel trail and usually as many as famous Waterlemon Cay. Explore tidal pools teaming with life. Hunt for hermit crabs and scout out the iguanas. Jump in the waterfront pool after a long day of snorkeling. Relaxation will never mean the same after you've hung out in the Hammock at Beach Walk.

The villa is big and spacious and lots of bathrooms and beds for teens to spread out. The kitchen has all that you need and the market is right around the corner. We were able to grill fresh tuna on the outdoor grill caught on the fishing charter too.

Your hosts Steve and Lisa will answer any questions promptly and gave great restaurant recommendations (we loved High Tide for breakfast and dinner!) and are super easy to communicate with and very nice people.

St. John was our perfect getaway - we got to do a different beach every day ( villa has a big cooler and all beach needs) and loved hiking the natural wonders of the many trails. Rams Head and Salt Pond was our favorite! So much to do there that is outdoors and naturally socially distant
